So the term "Fucking, A" is really just short for Fucking, Austria? Wow... It's amazing the things you learn from the Internet!

It is pronounced "fooking", after the founder of the villages: Focko. The lower of the two signs, both real sign according to Snopes.com says "Please - not so fast" in German. It is supposed to be a common sign around Germany whever kids are at play. Still, you have to wonder if the person who put this sign up didn't have a snicker on their face. :)
